This was our first time ever of leading worship WITH MY FAMILY at Hope Ministries in South Bend. We all played our own instruments and sang. Anna (10) on keys and singing, Sophie (8) on drums, and Lisa and I playing bass/guitar. I'm proud of my family. Hope you enjoy!

30 Minute Assignment from Wess Stafford

Here's the digital version of Wess' homework assignment for leaders who have been wronged:

Homework assignment to leverage your past:
Make an appointment with yourself—30 minutes alone in front of a mirror.
(Guys—you may want to lock the door!)
Look at your reflection and ask God to give you His wisdom and
discernment to understand yourself more clearly than you ever have before.
Think back to the little boy/girl deep inside. After a few minutes, answer
these questions:

1. Who am I? What do I really care about?
Do I have a cause that can move me to tears?

2. What do I believe? What do I value?
Why am I the way I am? Why do I do what I do?

3. Is my daily life based on joy, fulfillment? Who do I owe for it?
Who believed in me before I believed in myself, and launched
me? Do they know it? Have I ever thanked them?

4. Or am I driven, even in success, by pain, sorrow or fear?
Who hurt me, humiliated or discouraged me?
Have I ever forgiven them?
Even if they have not asked for
forgiveness or are not even sorry: allowing them to stay in my
heart and mind is not hurting them at all—it’s only hurting me.
Whether your passion is fueled by joy or pain, the most profound question
you may ever ask yourself is:

5. What am I trying to prove, to whom, and why?

Prayerfully remain quiet.
Ask God to show you His next steps for you in your journey to wholeness.
He can redeem anything … He can leverage your past for His glory.
